Explore Camas Passport: A Gateway to Local Adventure

In a remarkable move to foster community spirit and boost local businesses, Camas has just unveiled its latest initiative – the Explore Camas Passport. This innovative program is designed to encourage residents and visitors alike to discover and engage with the vibrant array of shops, eateries, and services that Camas has to offer. The Launch Party for the Summer Passport is Saturday, June 1. Look for Red Balloons throughout Downtown Camas identifying participating locations. Completed passports are submitted to the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce by September 30th to be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing valued at over $1500.

Discovering Camas, One Stamp at a Time

The Explore Camas Passport functions much like a travel passport but with a local twist. Participants receive a passport booklet that they can take to various participating businesses around town. Each visit earns them a unique stamp, turning routine shopping trips into a fun and rewarding scavenger hunt. It’s a fantastic way to explore hidden gems and revisit beloved favorites while collecting stamps along the way.

How It Works

To join in the fun, participants can pick up their Explore Camas Passport at several key locations throughout the city, including the Downtown Camas Association office and select local businesses. Once they have their passport in hand, they are encouraged to visit any of the participating establishments to start collecting stamps. Each business has a distinct stamp, ensuring that the passport is not only a fun activity but also a keepsake of unique experiences around Camas.
